All members must do (4) work details per year.
Children of members and their guests must have an adult present to use the pond.
New members are strongly encouraged to participate and show up to the first business meeting held after being approved as a club member.
Business meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month unless it falls on a holiday then the following Monday after the holiday. Meeting starts @ 7:00 PM and held in the Shoot house.
Memberships are from April 1st – March 31st of the following year.
All members must identify themselves before asking anyone for their membership card.
Any controversy between club members will be brought before the Board of Directors at the next monthly meeting.
Board Members are to work the 5th Sunday of the Month for breakfast details when there is a 5th Sunday in the month.
Club Rental Rules:
Fee for active working members 1-FREE, then as follows.
Fee for the shoot house $300
Fee for pancake house $300
Cleaning Deposit $50
Renter must be present during rental time.
Only renter and His/hers guests may use the club house during that time.
Renters have the use of the clubhouse and immediate grounds.
Please keep trailer house driveway clear for access.
Club rentals on Sundays will start at 1PM unless previous arrangements have been made.
INTOXICATION AND FOUL LANGUAGE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
